  Not such a great welcoming place very profiling customer service energy are very off I could say only two young ladies were great attendant and such great energy acceptance and welcoming but the rest of the bank service is very uncomfortable since day one I opened the account it was uncomfortable as we're the creditors we get treated as we were the borrower's and banks are not even the loners we have to be credited by all means we're the lenders we provide them the credits and they act as we owe them something we can even discharge debt under Hjr 192 we don't even have real money is all a promise to pay facts and they want to look at you or talk to you like you're incompetent no think again buddies you're by not knowing the truth my children will perish for the lack of knowledge Jesus said 💯.

  The staff was very racist judged me as soon as I walked into the door immediately started racially profiling I don’t recommend this branch if your not Hispanic

  Wintrust Bank's customer service is second to none. Nancy Colon was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. From start to finish everything was beyond expectation.

  If you’re looking for a business loan, go anywhere else, a back alley loan shark or sell a kidney. Appalling customer service. We filed a ethics complaint that was reviewed and answered by, get this, the same people we filed the complaint against. Do yourself a giant favor, bank anywhere else, you’ll thank me for it.
