  I cashed a check. Very friendly and likeable teller. Fast and efficient. The corner location was a little difficult to navigate and I guess in heavy traffic that is the case at many locations

  Amazing bank and incredible customer service- really wish though that they would turn their blinking lights off at night and dim their sign/security lights- that would be much appreciated!

  2/27/25 GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE: I've been a Wintrust bank customer for several years. While I appreciate the polite and professional service provided by all the tellers, Relationship banker Chase Vahnderbuilt's service at this location is exceptional. His patience and willingness to resolve any issues truly demonstrate his commitment to customer care. He's polite and courteous, such as going out of his way to notify me when my refund was processed. On another note, my husband and I were overcharged by a particular company. (Name withheld for privacy reasons). I appreciate Mr. Vahnderbuilt's insightful understanding of the issue, and his diligence in helping us contact the company on our behalf. (This involved navigating a lengthy phone call, and speaking with five different representatives for over 45 minutes). After months of unanswered inquiries regarding the overcharge, Mr. Vahnderbuilt detailed the reasons behind the incorrect billing, and pinpointed the specific points where the errors originated. My husband and I truly appreciate his help on this matter. I consistently return to this bank (Mr. Vahnderbuilt in particular) because of the exceptional service. His commitment to each client is evident to his dedicated, one- on-one approach. The personalized attention he gives, use of clear communication, straightforward explanations, and expert knowledge makes him an invaluable resource. Conclusively, I highly recommend this bank location, and give it 5 stars. You'll be greeted with a smile and receive fast, efficient service. Their experts at resolving issues and providing solutions and will make your banking experience worthwhile.

  Worst customer service ever, this bank is horrible. The manger named Kathy kept saying she is trying to help but all she did was accuse me of fraud and claiming the account isn’t mine. I gave her multiple kinds of proof that it is me and it’s my account. She continued with questions to so called verify my account i answered every single question except what blood type I am. She still denied my transaction and claimed it’s not my account. I will be taking my business elsewhere, I don’t know how she is a manager.

  At first I was skeptical but all banks are kinda the same but I have no regrets having savings or checking with Wintrust
