  Exceptional customer service. To have drive through open at 8:00 a.m. is a huge plus. No other bank could match this. I went this morning and Marisol was outstanding. She was very professional and a great attitude. Would highly recommend this branch as well as the one at Logan Square. Thank you!

  If I could give zero stars I would. The employees at this branch are completely rude. I simply called to verify a cashier check and the phone call went terrible. Not only was the employee whose name was Deshauna rude but she was not helpful at all. I expressed to her that is was strange that the check did not have a phone number or branch # on their check so I can figure out which branch to call and verify.. She cut me off and said "Well yeah because its a cashier check....." Is she not from 2017?! Every check has this information for verification purposes but not Wintrust. Just an FYI all wintrust cashiers check are not the most updated looking check. As I was simply expressing how strange I found this she instantly became on defense mode. The comment was not for her to have taken it personally it was literally strange to me thats all. I then asked for her name and she said Deshauna and I asked for a last name and she said that information is not necessary... So then I said okay, do you have an employee number? She said no she cant give me this and then hung up.... What kind of a bank treats a consumer like this over the phone? Please avoid this branch.
