  Every person at this branch is truly amazing from the manager (Mr. Kummer) to every teller. Extremely intelligent to incredible rapport building skills. If you need a bank then this location is your best choice!

  I almost broke the change-counter, so they made me write a raving review! KIDDING! I truly enjoy going to the bank when it involves this branch! Staff is great, super-clean, support neighborhood activities, and my money is always safe!! (Let’s be honest- I’m my money’s worst enemy!). I know, I know, it’s “a bank”. But when you HAVE to do something, isn’t it more enjoyable when the crew is nice?!?! Shoutout to Steph, Sharolyn , Lily, Tristan and Todd

  Wintrust Wrigleyville provides the most efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service that I have ever experienced with a bank. Tristan and Steph in particular have been incredibly helpful. Everyone you encounter at this location provides excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

  Awesome staff! Very helpful. I’m a bartender a local bar not too far, so it’s convenient for me after I get off late from work to pop to the ATM and not have to worry about carrying cash around with me and feel unsafe. I stopped in quick on my break as the game was going on with my paycheck to open a new account, and Lilly had me in and out. New account set up and a new debit card. The only thing is that I didn’t qualify for direct deposit because we are paid with personal checks. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Shout out to Lilly. She was very helpful, professional, and very sweet and personable.
