He is not only highly knowledgeable about his work but also incredibly patient and dedicated. Kevin took the time to walk me through every step, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident. His genuine care and professionalism really stood out and turned what could have been a routine process into a very positive experience. The branch is lucky to have someone like Kevin, and I’m grateful for the excellent service he provided. It truly set a new standard for what great customer care should feel like.
