  Not enough cash in the whole bank to make a simple withdrawal. What a joke.

  This is one of the worst expanse of my life dealing with a bank. Went there to make my personal check deposit in my friends account. They checked my ID verified everything & then said they have to verify my check. They had me waited for over half hour , called the account holder to verify & still refused to accept my deposit cause they couldn’t verify with my bank . I spent $10 on parking outside this branch & still got parking ticket for their stupidity. No one should ever do banking with this bank or especially this branch on 935 west Randolph. Chicago. Everybody is worst of the worst at this branch. I think Wells Fargo should close this branch which has earned poor 2.5 star rating

  I wasn’t fond about having to go to a further branch because the one closer to me didn’t have an appointment soon enough, but must I say I am very glad I ended up coming to this branch! I had to set up essentially three different accounts ect and I knew due to the nature of the situation it required more steps for review Alexandra was very helpful and straightforward about everything off the bat, and Chris the manager when he found out I had an issue with a previous check they said there was no problem fixing it when I thought I was a goner and had to get a new one mailed to me since I endorsed it incorrectly, then after review I had to come back to finish the process a few days later not only did they take me in quickly without an appointment in advance as they knew the time sensitivity to the matter, it took 2 hours due to the amount of things I needed to get done and expected it wouldn’t be 1,2,3 however they were great, Daniel finished the setup for me on my second trip and the three of them Alexandra, Chris and Daniel were very nice, and welcoming and as accurate and precise as they could be, they were there to help every step of the way with things I frankly have little knowledge on. I appreciate them and I am glad I took an uber to this location!

  I found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant, my banker Lara was both capable and willing to help me. I had little issue opening an account even with technical difficulties on my end. The managerial and service staff were also great, overall a solid experience, I appreciate Lara and the whole team.
