Good Customer Service from a leader in the business will always out weigh the rest. Today I met the "Branch Manager" and it all became clear why this bank runs this way. A word of advice when there is an unresolved on-going issue with your employees or location don't wait until it erupts to get involved and never take a defensive approach against your customer they are the reason you have a job. Corey or Crystal don't need protection they need training. Thank You to the Mgr in Palos Heights and the Operations Manager Christine for helping to resolve this.
