I had coins that I accumulated and every time I put coins in my container I would calculate them if I got five rolls of quarters. I do five rolls a quarter and I put it in there and I calculate it I had a total of $840in coins between dimes and quarters The Taylor , I believe her name was Cassandra, and there was no else in the bank, and the security guard carry one of the bags in the back I was told that Friday when I went in there to check to make sure that they had to change counter the lady came to the drive through window and said it in the lobby, she never said it was behind the counter, so I’m thinking I can see my money being counted.she gave out false information for this bank. When the Taylor took the money I told her to count the first bag she said insist that she can do it one at a time, she could put both of them in there she assisted so I trusted her with both of my bags of change when she came back she told me I had $669 and some change and I had $840 in change, she gonna give me a slip that I can’t even see what is on there so I feel that money was stolen from me $171 with from this bank. I’m very disappointed about this bank and it makes me wanna just not even be associated with it and retrieve all of my money up out of here, I’m going to file a police report because money was stolen from me right in front of me and no one is doing anything about it. She assist what it was and I know she was Lying so between that security guard and her they stole $171 from me and I need to know how can I retrieve the remaining part of my money bad reviews I would never recommend no one to come to that bank.
