- JPJane PeñaSep 1, 20201.0We’ve been banking with First Midwest Bank for a very long time over 10+ years. Everything was great until recently. There’s a banker who is very rude and sometimes acts like they don’t know us or refuses to assist us. Pretends to not see us. There’s no issues with anyone else but this is terrible customer service. She’s a young lady named Jennifer. I hope that whoever is in charge of this branch acknowledges what kind of employees they are hiring. Will be planning on closing accounts soon.
