- DKDarek KowalJan 5, 20261.0I stood in front of the teller LEO for several minutes before he decided to actually acknowledge me. Then he told me he didn’t have time to help me (never asked what I needed) and then the manager also said she couldn’t help me. There was 1 other customer in the bank and I just wanted to make a deposit. Couldn’t do it! EMBARRASSING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES.

Work on your customer SERVICE and stop wasting our time, mailbox space and ruining the environment!! Printing is hugely polluting, and that's before it ever gets there!! Your reviews SUCK. Go deal with THAT. Never give ANYONE money who does that!! They're not handing out money; don't be a fool. Asterisks * are ALWAYS a lie.

- RORyan O'DonnellDec 31, 20201.0I had to come in person because two weeks after I had opened an account and requested a debit card, I still hadn't received it. After calling in, a representative told me that debit cards are issued the same day in the bank and that no one put in a request to mail me one. Then, I come here on New Year's Eve, and despite being listed as open at regular hours on Google Maps, the Branch is closed. I can't even use the ATM because I don't have a debit card to get inside. 🙄 They're just a mess.
