We arrived just before closing, yet he remained kind, down-to-earth, and thoroughly professional. I truly appreciated his patience and the warm, welcoming way he and Branch Manager Eric handled our business transaction. Highly recommended.

  Wow! If I wasn’t a member I wouldn’t have believed it myself. Walked into the Hyde Park WINTRUST Community Bank To report a lost bank card. To my surprise, my Wintrust representative Brenda was able to reprint it. What a wonderful feature and what a wonderful representative Brendan was to me thank you so much WINTRUST for having wonderful customer service and extra features for your customers, You truly set my mind at ease.

  Hi everyone, My name is Karen. It is very refreshing to patronize a business where people know your name and you know theirs. That said, I moved in the area (Hyde Park) in 2022. At the time, I banked at Wintrust (I still do), and there were little to no branches in my area. Therefore, when I discovered that the Hyde Park Bank was part on the Wintrust network, I was very happy!! Moreover, I was super excited that the bank had a drive-thru. The customer service there is superb!! There is one Bank Teller in particular that makes me feel like I am part of an extended family. I absolutely applaud and love her customer service!! Her name is Ms Regina. Every time I bank there, I look for her! Her customer service is excellent!! Excellence in customer service is what every business strives for. Ms Regina is definitely the Gold Standard for this business!!

  I have been banking with Hyde Park Bank for 30 plus years and I have never thought about taking my money and putting it into another bank. There is a teller by the name of Regina and here’s what I have to say about her. This woman epitomizes what professionalism should be. Whenever, I visit the bank and whether she is servicing as a teller in the bank Or at the drive through you will always be greeted with either a good morning, afternoon, or evening followed by your last name, and for those in the back who did not hear what I just said let me say it louder for you to hear… she remembers who you are. That’s so important to me only because I know if someone tried to impersonate me she would instantly jump into action because she’s knows who I am. Mr. President of Hyde Park Bank you guys are so lucky to have Regina as an employee. A 5 star rating isn’t good enough for this person because she’s so worthy of a higher rating. She is a sterling example of an exceptional employee and has set the bar very high at your Banking Department ..
