The last thing I wanted to deal with was paperwork, but I knew this was something I didn't want swept to the side either. The first person I'd been paired with was in the state my parents had resided, and they were not certified in Illinois, so I became paired up with this location. The Office Administrator, Candy, has years of experience in the field and tons of knowledge of the ins and outs within the world of finance at large. It's not termed bedside manner when parents pass, yet empathy doesn't quite define it, whatever comfort and kindness she offered me when I switched offices is indescribable. I immediately felt cared for, heard, and knew that anywhere she aligned herself, I would feel inherently comfortable staying with. I set up a meeting with Clark through Candy. Clark is above and beyond wonderful to work with, I'm so grateful for my initial impression of the branch through Candy and her existence, because they are both just marvelously delightful people to know, not to mention to trust with your finances! I've had rudimentary knowledge of stocks and bonds, and Clark has held my hand through my initial confusion and had the patience to explain without any judgement. You can tell he cares immensely -not only for the work itself, but his clients; it's refreshing to see and feel. Here I am almost five years later, and I feel truly cared for. I'm grateful for the knowledge I've gained over the years I've worked with Candy and Clark, the decisions I've made with the money I have, and the direction I am going all thanks to this branch and these marvelous humans.
