- HLHoon LandonDec 30, 20251.0Cannot get a hold Catherine after numerous attempts. I randomly got assigned a new financial advisor awhile back. I'm needing to move money around that is currently held with Edward Jones and cannot do certain things without my financial advisor. When I call the 1-800 number for Edward Jones they defer me to the local branch; however, no one at the local branch will get back to me. I have reached out via phone call, email, as well as the website. I am hoping that someone at Edward Jones sees this so that they can help me. This is my first ever 1 star review and I will take down if someone at Edward Jones will help.
