I needed money transferred from one of my accounts to my personal account at my bank and Bryan and his secretary totally dropped the ball, Bryan was called Monday to go ahead with the transfer and said no problem the money will be in your account on Wednesday, well guess what it's Friday and no money and just excuses from his secretary and no call from Bryan to try and rectify the situation! So in the mean time i just lost my 2000 deposit on a vehicle that i reserved and the missed appointment cost me the car since somebody grabbed it so now it's back to Lake Forest to try and get my two grand back and Monday to switch agents and hope the next Ed Jones isn't as incompetent!
