- MSmr bee scionMay 2, 20253.0The staff is nice and friendly BUT THERE IS NO SECURITY at all. They dont have any permanant security guard stationed in the building which is scary especially since they are in the hood. This is not only dangerous for us but citi bank employees. I seen 2 incidents. One in the parking lot with a young, tattooed gang member high on drugs with a weapon in his hand walking back in forth in the parking lot. Of course i moved my car to tg3 street parking in front of the citi bank. Another incident inside where a guy was yelling at noone than left. Staff said he comes here every so often and does that. I told their staff this is the only bank i know that doesnt have a fulltime security guard. Eventually something will happen and citibank will be responsible for it.
