I opened an account with Candy Pacheco she assured me that my needs will be met, only to take a loss on money and product. Definitely do not recommend this bank very unprofessional and irresponsible. They will tell you something and end up being the complete opposite. Then when you call customer service they are rude, unprofessional, and do not put any effort into meeting your financial needs. Please take my word DO NOT BANK WITH CITI. They are not reliable.
