  First and last time coming to this branch. Wait time is excessive, no updates forthcoming in a timely manner, listening skills are not utilized. There is a high level of incompetence exhibited at this location headed by branch manager Simone. Her and some of the staff are definitely in dire need of a performance improvement plan with emphasis on rendering quality customer service with integrity and professionalism .

  There's always a long wait the ATM hardly work inside and outside I'll never understand Why they're so short staffed maybe you all need to hire tellers and update the ATMs because this ain't it

  I wanted money from my IRA. While I am waiting the manager comes out twice helping out people behind me so I had to wait even longer. This is rude. I had to wait what makes anyone else special

  My aunt has over 50,000 in the bank. She is 81 years old. She needed help and every question she asked they told her to call customer service. Shen then said she would like to close her account, she was informed she had to call customer service for that too… Monica was no help either. We’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue for over a year. Today it stops. We are taking her money out and depositing it into another bank… Seniors are people too.. what happened to the real customer service…

  This branch loves to close early every time I try to go at 4:30. One time I saw the person locking the door right as I was walking in and they said its going to start snowing soon. They are not concerned that they are a bank. They act like they are some unimportant retail store.
