You deserve the most terrible reputation among all banks. You gain the most when we customers start using you, yet you play your role like an awkward low level office from an old age bureaucracy system.

I went in to this branch to do a wire transfer and they helped set it up so I could do this from the app today and anytime in the future, which saves me the trip to a branch and the transfer fee of $45 each time. Lissette and Janet were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout.
- JPJ.J. PeppersMar 16, 20181.0This bank is severely understaffed. They have two tellers majority of time and you have to wait over 20 minutes for service. The majority of their tellers are very nice. They hired a new teller who was so rude to several customers last week it was horrible. You can try to call, ten times in a one day and no answered the phone. Their excuse is that it only rings three times. I have recorded 60 phone calls made to this bank with no answer, 60!! If you have a problem and need help there have been several times there is no one available to help you. Definitely would not bank there for personal or business.
