  I had a really bad experience here. The banker was not responsible and didn't add the promotion when I opened the account. After I tried hard to fulfill the requirement I didn't get what should be expected. And they didn't acknowledge their mistake. I will never return to this branch again.

  Best Service in 15+ Years of Banking at Citibank Kenwood! I am truly surprised by all of the negative reviews here. I’ve been a business owner and Citibank customer for over 15 years at the Kenwood branch, and I’ve seen many managers come and go. When the new manager, Stephanie, came on board, I honestly wasn’t interested in connecting at first. But Stephanie never stopped reaching out to see how Citi could help my business. Last week, I went into the branch (I mostly do online banking) for some in-person transactions, and Stephanie immediately recognized me, greeted me warmly, and ushered me into her office. While assisting me, I mentioned a few business challenges I was facing. Without hesitation, she made two phone calls to her contacts to help me navigate those issues and later followed up to make sure I connected with each one. Her follow-up skills are truly impeccable! I also want to give a huge shoutout to Lisa, who has been there since I opened my account. She’s always willing to help and consistently provides excellent service. In short: I’ve banked with Citibank Kenwood for over 15 years, and Stephanie is by far one of the best managers I’ve met. She went above and beyond to help me with my business and followed up every step of the way. Huge thanks also to Lisa for always being there since day one. Top-notch service every time!

  My birth name is Barbara Miller I've bee a Citibank Customer for at least 30 years and I am very disturbed by the way the Citibank Manager on 475h & Lake Park treatment when I went to her to send a wire transfer to my bank in Ethiopia and she typed the wrong infomation, And when my officein Ethiopia said they never received the wire transfer, I called the Bank Manager she trold me to call Ciitibank Wire Services myself, she wouldn't assist me in any way, an when I told her the sshe had typed the wrong nmber in the wire transfer, she still revused to assist and raised her voice at me. She has trated me poorly every since I moved in the Kenwood area, she is very arogant in her position. I worked for Citibank Corporate an produced the President & CEO's monthly constomer Service reports for the monthly board meetings and I learned the Citibank does not tolerate any employee treating thir ctomers poorly, but if you could only hear us talking on the tlephone you would heer for yourself. I had called her On June 24,-29, 2025. I alled the wire tdepartment and told them to cancel the wire because my bak never received it witin one ay as promosed. I am still waiting for the funds to return tp ,my Small Business Account, I was not plased how she talked to me in a very consending manner with no feeling in her eyes.

  The Branch Manager Keith is efficient and a problem solver. The Tellers are Warm and friendly. I'm so glad this branch is here.
