  I had a really bad experience here. The banker was not responsible and didn't add the promotion when I opened the account. After I tried hard to fulfill the requirement I didn't get what should be expected. And they didn't acknowledge their mistake. I will never return to this branch again.

  Best Service in 15+ Years of Banking at Citibank Kenwood! I am truly surprised by all of the negative reviews here. I’ve been a business owner and Citibank customer for over 15 years at the Kenwood branch, and I’ve seen many managers come and go. When the new manager, Stephanie, came on board, I honestly wasn’t interested in connecting at first. But Stephanie never stopped reaching out to see how Citi could help my business. Last week, I went into the branch (I mostly do online banking) for some in-person transactions, and Stephanie immediately recognized me, greeted me warmly, and ushered me into her office. While assisting me, I mentioned a few business challenges I was facing. Without hesitation, she made two phone calls to her contacts to help me navigate those issues and later followed up to make sure I connected with each one. Her follow-up skills are truly impeccable! I also want to give a huge shoutout to Lisa, who has been there since I opened my account. She’s always willing to help and consistently provides excellent service. In short: I’ve banked with Citibank Kenwood for over 15 years, and Stephanie is by far one of the best managers I’ve met. She went above and beyond to help me with my business and followed up every step of the way. Huge thanks also to Lisa for always being there since day one. Top-notch service every time!

  Just an update how horrible citi bank customer service is. I left a review last week , the manager replied and left a direct contact email. I emailed still desperately needed help and he has not yet got back to me. See the thing with reviews, it looks good that they left a reply but I follow through and contacted them twice. So it may look good to the public but I am a business owner. I will let people know the truth. This branch had a chance to make it right and did not. I called two other branches and spoke with someone. They promised to call back not one did. I am still waiting for my funds to be available. They are taking deposits and not clearing checks I have been threatened to be evicted and a employee just got a letter threatening her they are prosecuting her because she cashed a check and it did not clear. There is plenty of money in my account. I get emails showing how much but they are not clearing one check.

  This bank has horrible customer service and practices! This weekend I made a cash deposit ($800). The Atm, which always has some malfunction, took my money, gave me a bogus receipt saying there was an error and my deposit didn't reflect in my Account!!!! I called the 888 number. Then on Monday I called the branch. I was told 3 different things in 3 days, and I have yet to see my Money appear in my Damn account! #Citibank on lake park us horrible!@#$%^
