  Today I went to the branch of this bank because I could not access my business account. The bank employee, Karina Cordero, was unable to reach the contact center to resolve my issue and told me to handle it on my own. But the reason I came to the branch was to get help, because I had already called before and was told that I needed to go to the bank’s office. This is terrible.

  One of the worst experiences I have had with any bank. Used a rewards program to test whether i wanted to move A large amount to a new bank. 150 days later, 30 past the extreme side of the estimate, i start getting letters asking for documents. Submitted them documents twice, once in person. Have been on hold numerous times, with the number provided on the letter. Wait times are over 30 minutes and at 30 minutes they drop the call automatically. All you have to do is value your time, and you'll come to the realization this is not a good bank to work with. I won't mention the employee I worked with right now, as originally it was a good relationship. But no communication after 22 days. Sent another follow up and 8 days later - nothing. P.S. As a business owner it is particularly infuriating as their websites require you to login to each account separately. The websites themselves are unusable. Like they were created 10 years ago with zero updates. Update to bank's response: Thank you. Gloria. But as you can see, I've tried many different ways to contact Citibank for something that appears to be routine. You seem like a nice person, but your response seems a little tone deaf. I am not wasting another minute on this bank. If YOU want to keep MY account and increase the business that YOU WANT from me, you are welcome to reach out to me. You know how to contact me as i provided my contact info numerous times. But just one look at your reviews, more 1 stars than all other ratings combined, gives me zero confidence that sending an email to you would result in anything more than a canned and general response. A better approach is to do the research, send me the funds, and i will adjust my review accordingly. I'll give it to the end of the week before i close the 3 accounts, 2 business, that I opened.

  Honestly went in and had a super smooth time. 4 Thursday, bank was empty, staff were happy and easy to talk too. No idea why so many bad reviews.
