  My Chu is really a snotty person. She is an expert of lies that she speaks out loudly to forceses the disrespect. She only cares to work for her own interests. Whether the bank loses its business. I have been giving Citibank a business for decades, and she had done the same transactions for me in the past, but only if I'd continued to give her more business. Or else she would simply lies to screw you. I wouldn't wanna tell her on her face that you are providing me false information bcuz I noticed her rude behavior, and her negative body language. I looked for a manager, and she lied again, so I won't be able to get ahold of manager. I was left with no choice but to leave the branch and drive to another branch, so I had to do this, because she successfully wasted my time and a trip. The other branch absolutely had no issues whatsoever and took care of all respectfully at the teller station, the teller was more experienced. If the bank does not pay attention to these kinds of arrogant behaviors from the bankers. The bank will loses its reputation.

  Mostly I come to this branch because everyone is very friendly. Today we were there and Williams Velez went above and beyond. Thank you Williams for all your great advice on the services I have to do at Citibank, today was the second time he helped me and His knowledge is very helpful. I have to mention too that He is very friendly also that make you feel comfortable at the bank. I will coming to this branch always.

  Every time I come to the location they are understaffed. Of course, the manager doesn’t jump on the teller station to help. May be time to switch banks.
