She was so incredibly helpful and kind and I just had a death in the family and I was selling my house and I went there and she helped me so much. I’ve been banking at Citibank for decades and she’s the nicest person there. I wish I could remember her name.

That woman agent asked me about my personal information then mistyped my phone number and name again and again, resulting in a specious fraud behavior on my card and my card was blocked!! Did all all these even before I tell her to proceed the next step for problem solving. Most stupid and toxic agent I’ve ever seen. Goodbye citi! I will close my account if this problem caused by your outsourced non US based agent will not be solved by the end of this week! The most unprofessional and misbehaving bank I’ve ever dealt with! Nothing to do with this branch but I can’t tolerate you any more, CITI! Your service agent is a shame of your bank. Even worse than robots.

Both of them keep me abreast of what is going on with Citibank and their CD rates. I rely on them and they keep in constant contact. They are excellent and I will continue to invest in their CDs at their Bank. I couldn't be happier with their services and how kind they are to me. They regularly reach out to me and let me know what's going on.
