My mom was at Citibank yesterday in line she wanted to withdrawal $20 she didn’t want to use the ATM cause she has a hard time using and doesn’t understand. The employee was rude for calling my mom out for not having her card and used her ID. The employee complained to my mom about now she has to do paperwork and it’s a long process. She was rude to my mom. I’d advise people to not bank here and go somewhere else.

- MSMichael SAug 22, 20251.0I am sure there are employees at this location who are really polite and hardworking, but my experience to open an account at this Citibank branch was awful. Actually, "awful" is not the right word. The customer service was non-existent. No return calls or emails for questions to open a new account after speaking with someone in person. I have had accounts with Citibank for 25 years, but I am moving them elsewhere. Also, and totally unrelated to my experience, I recently read that Citibank's upper management treats it employees very poorly. In addition, Citi has huge investments in fossil fuels. So, all in all, poor customer service, awful upper management, and investments in pollution.
