  This branch is incredibly busy, yet the staff remains consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. Despite being clearly understaffed at times, the team works hard to keep things moving, and the manager truly stands out. He is constantly assisting both customers and employees, demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication. I opened my account here about two months ago, and he still remembered my name. He even asked about my mom, who came with me that day, which made the experience feel very personal and thoughtful. That level of care is rare and greatly appreciated. The only improvement I would suggest is adding more cashiers to help speed up service during peak hours. Overall, this is a hardworking team that genuinely cares about its customers

  I came into the branch (2801 W Devon Ave around 2:15pm, 02 Dec 2025) and waited my turn in line. The teller called me to her counter and INSTANTLY her attitude and energy was negative. She consistently cut me off mid conversation to the point I asked for all my items back (all after I expressed her attitude was bad). I asked for a supervisor and she told me to have a good day. I got back in line and waited for another teller. I explained to the 2nd teller what the previous teller told me (the citibank policy about not cashing checks after 6 months of being issued . The teller informed me that the previous teller was her supervisor and wanted to view the check anyway. She (Ms. Elizabeth S.) informed me that she COULD cash the check from the U.S. Treasury Department. The transaction was completed, I thanked the Ms. Elizabeth S. and was out the door. Elizabeth S. supervisor (first or last name began with a "V") was unprofessional and uninviting as though she doesn't provide a service nor represents the Citibank company/brand. Lucky for me this isn't my regular branch. As a 20yr customer if for convenience I do business at this branch, I'll make it my duty to avoid the supervisor.

  I don't know why many people say what the employers in this location are rude, for me was the bets and fast banking experience friendly and warm people I give them 10 stars

  they don't even deserve one star , machines are so old that they are unable to take any type of mobile wallet for transaction, NFC readers outside the branch for entrance, unable to work with your phones
