  People working here are good. But citi bank suck. It should change the name to shity bank. They put a pending on my mobile deposit check and then closed my account. Now, it’s been 50 days and I haven’t had my money back.

  After expending my life fruitlessly trying to communicate with this system, my only small revenge is to impotently lash out on Google Maps. How sad. Don't end up like me. Stay away from Citi.

  Terrible Experience – Misleading Promises and Zero Accountability I went into this branch back in April with the intention of opening a CD. Irene and Maggie kept pushing me to open a checking account instead, promising a $250 bonus if I set up direct deposit of $3,000. They assured me the bonus would be available 30 days after the $3,000 was deposited. Well, it’s now July — over 90 days later — and I’ve received nothing. I’ve called multiple times and keep getting the runaround. First, Irene told me there was nothing they could do and passed me off to her manager, Maggie. Maggie said she opened a case and that the bonus would be available on 7/3. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking the holiday (7/4) might cause a delay. Now it’s 7/7 and still nothing. I called again today, and Irene told me the manager is on vacation until next month and that I should just “give it another month.” This branch is also nearly impossible to reach by phone. I’ve had to call 8-9 times just to get someone to answer. The only time they’re responsive is when trying to convince you to open an account. After that? They ghost you. It’s clear they are just trying to hit quotas for new accounts and deposits. They’ll say anything to get you to sign up, then backtrack and pretend they can’t help. This is a predatory and dishonest practice.   They wouldn't let me pull out a large amount of MY MONEY started questioning me and were talking in Chinese so I wouldn't understand management is trash and so are the bankers and tellers they started asking personal questions like My former job irrelevant to what I was trying to do went to the next bank over no problem no weird questions .
