Inhuman personel - out of 20-25 calls to the call centers, only one agent was really trying to help and to understand the absurd situation... The bankers in the branch were clueless about what is going on an failed again and again to help. After trusting their sweet promises for "gold benefits", etc., I made a major mistake and have transferred a significant amount of money only to find it locked there, after my first attempt to wire out a small portion of the amount in the checking account. Total Nightmare!
