- EEElliott ET (Elliott ET)Sep 4, 20251.0I went I went into this bank on Tuesday Sept 2nd, around 1:20-1:27pm. I made a cash deposit for $980 at one of the ATM machines. The one in the middle. The machine never gave me a receipt but when I deposit cash It usually posts in my account right away. I checked my account and it never posted. I called the bank and they said there is no record of a deposit being made and there was nothing they could do. This is a huge inconvenience to me because I needed that money in my account to pay bills. I need my account credited right away not 45 days later. Your machine in this building is obviously not working correctly and now it needs to be investigated.

- TSTim SergesJan 3, 20182.0Line management is poor, always understaffed at critical traffic hours, only one or two windows at most doesn't cut it. I see others have commented on the lines. Otherwise pleasant staff. They kept losing my account authorization information which was annoying had to redo three separate times at this location.
