  No one ever answers the phone. Multiple occasions in the last couple weeks I’ve tried to call and get some questions answered about my account, but no one answers. I left a voicemail with my information and no one returned my call. I shouldnt have to explain to a bank that you should answer and put a customer on hold if all your bankers are busy - horrible customer service.

  Byline Bank offers nothing, but bigotry!!! I went to get paperwork notarized regarding my son with special needs. Not only did the employee mess up the paperwork, she used whiteout then scratched it off. THEN she made a rude comment about my son having special needs!!! I contacted corporate and instead of apologizing they MADE me close both of my accounts that I had with no problems for about 15 years because I called the employee a monster!!! The whole corporation is a bunch of bigots!!!

  I've been an account holder since 2000. NCB and now Byline. They've always done right by me, even with the occasional overdraft mistake. On 1/13/2018 their fraud department declined a fraudulent transaction and called me immediately to verify whether it was actually me trying to use my card. It wasn't. Well done!
