- EEEliMar 24, 20231.0I had a situation where I needed to urgently get something notarized, and I stopped at Byline Bank to see if they could help. They told me I needed an account, and I asked about opening one on the spot; they said I needed $100, and said I could get it out of the ATM, which I did. Then, I walked back in, only for them to tell me you had to have an account for 30 days, after I had PAID A FEE to get the money out of the ATM. Horrible customer service!

- RHRod HolmesDec 6, 20122.0I have needed to speak with someone at North Community Bank for two days regarding my townhouse association's account there. I have not been able to physically go to the bank, I just need to talk with someone. I have called them four times and each time gotten an answering machine for customer service. I have left a message and no one has returned my call. My complaints are 1) that for two days I have not been able to get a person on the phone and 2) no one has returned my calls. I obviously cannot recommend North Community Bank.
