People who work here a lazy. They dont know about customer service, changing banks to a more reputable name. Dont recomend joining.

My mother who is 65 years old went into this bank to retrieve some money from her account with a mask on and was escorted out by security saying she had to take her mask. I told staff members she was sick, and they told me it was a policy of theirs and had signs everywhere. When we walked-in there are no signs saying no mask allowed the only sign was no hoodies or hats. She has been a customer with them for years. The front tellers along with the bank supervisor and manager are very rude. My mother closed her account and moved to another bank. VERY BAD service here, I'm also filing a complaint at their headquarters since they discriminated my mother for wearing a mask.

Worst Customer Service. Front tellers are rude and unprofessional. Went in to exchange coins and I had counted the total amount of coins I had beforehand. Went in and they exchanged my coins but came with a different total. I was $200.00 dollars short than what I had counted. I asked to review the machine, video etc. and was told by the bank manager that they review the video and saw no discrepancies on their end and that I had might counted wrong. I went ahead and closed my account with them and moves to Wintrust Bank. This bank is horrible! Stay away.

I wish the bank can be more safe for us the customers, I mean the atm its outside in the street maybe put it inside of the bank :) ! :) the service staff are very friendly and kind :)
