- ASAJ SmithJan 11, 20231.0Clearly common sense isn’t common. Went to cash a check from a client who uses this bank and got Thee worst run around on cashing the check. I had to wait forever for them to verify the check, had to call the company myself and then have them call again. Then as the people clearly have no other alternative protocol I waited some more. I have never at any other bank in 30 years gone through anything like this. I can definitely see why they don’t get much business. There are many others in the area to choose from so don’t feel you have to go here. After waiting an additional ridiculous amount of time I was finally given the approval and they had the nerve to assure me they wouldn’t be charging me the 1.5%fee to cash 🤌🏾🤌🏾🤌🏾 #BogusBanking
