  They quietly closed my account during the pandemic, and without any notification. Website is near impossible to use, and their pipelines are not up to standards of modern banking. Disappointing.

  On april 1st I had a CD mature and I resigned for an 8 month CD. I was told by this person she would email the paperwork necessary. Two days later, nothing. Called back spoke to Holly. Had to redo the 8 month cd. Told paperwork would be mailed. Called back and was told it was mailed. NOT! My mail is coming regularly. Called back and was told it would be emailed. This was on 4/16. Still have not received the email. Due to covid19 I chose to do this on the phone; however, I will go into the bank to cash in the cd and take it to a bank that cares.
