- LTLuisa TorresJul 23, 20221.0Por muchísimos años mis papá ha tenido su cuenta en esa sucursal de BYline, el 24 de junio de 2022 lo lleve para hacer unos tramites, estando ahí les dijo que necesitaba ir al baño y "le dijeron que no tenían baños públicos" me quede totalmente confundida, les dije que además de ser cliente tiene "96 AÑOS DE EDAD" y me respondieron que los baños eran únicamente para los empleados "NO LO DEJARON ENTRAR AL BAÑO" fue una situación ridícula, humillante e inaceptable. Puse una queja a la central bancaria de esa sucursal y me llamaron para disculparse dando explicaciones absurdas para justificar lo sucedido. Les deje saber que sus excusas eran ridículas, que NADA justifica negarle usar el baño a una persona de 96 años y que mi papá ya había cancelado definitivamente su cuenta con BYline Bank.
