  A good bank with good intentions, friendly employees. I have been searching for a 2nd bank for an account outside my first bank. Their assistant manager, Bruno, introduced me to Vanessa (I believe she works a different location now, but can't remember) who was helpful and told me everything I needed. After a few months (and a very much needed update to their app) I'm happy with their service. I don't visit often as I do most of my banking electronically, but I can count on them for a lot of my banking requests. I wanted to give a review a long time ago, but I'm forgetful haha! Thank you!

  Great customer service on the bank location as a whole for what it is. I'd give it a 5 normally... they have gone above and beyond for what I expect out of a bank. but after my recent experience with the company as a whole, I'd give them a 2. That said, if you are looking to work with a lot of money, this is not a bank company card you want to work with. I understand the needs for security for a card, but it should only be AFTER I make the call myself to report the fraud, shouldn't it? This bank has limits on how much can be used per 24 hrs on your debit card, which really annoys me. If more is needed, you have to go through the bank directly. This means more phone calls and such. I don't like getting inconvenienced in any way and they have done it during my moving process. I had to call my local branch directly, and the response back took about 20-30 minutes or so. I'll put it this way --- on a day the bank declined my card during a time a purchase was made, my husband was afraid about using the card for a small purchase at McDonald's minutes later simply because we wanted to eat after a long day. Says a lot, huh? This is not including the fact that most of their services are done only during business hours and the mobile site is difficult to understand... far out of control of the branch directly, so my apologies for the bad rating. I'm definitely not looking forward to buying a home and deal with this company at all. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm looking to switch banks immediately when I move.
