  Andrea is incompetent and clueless. Truly no customer service skills whatsoever and seemingly very little knowledge of verification processes and what her job consists of. Not my first time having a horrible experience with her, otherwise I would’ve not written a review. Does not even tell the customer what’s going on just laughs with her coworkers and gives attitude when the customer has a simple question. I will definitely follow up however needed for this issue to be addressed because it’s to the point I avoid this location and drive all the way to Skokie when it’s unnecessary.

  Unbelievably incompetent staff. I spent over an hour at this branch, even withdrawing a thousand dollars in cash to fund the new account (new accounts can only be funded with cash or checks), before they finally informed me they can’t open accounts for businesses registered outside of Illinois—even if the business has an office in the state. I worked with both Blanca and Bruno, and both were astonishingly clueless. If you’re in need of a business bank account, steer clear of this place.

  The keyword to this location is convenience. There are two Byline Banks that I visit, and I’ve been going to this one for about 10 years. It is by far the most convenient because there is a large parking lot with access from Western Avenue, plus a drive-through. You can zip in and out in ten minutes, maybe three for the DT. I am surprised that more people don’t take advantage of the extreme ease with which you can conduct your business at this facility.
