The tellers remember how I like my withdrawals back. They offer help before I have to ask and are still smiling even for last minute deposits. On occasion I have had some questions about different account charges and guidelines. They were quick to give me the correct answers I needed and offered solutions I had not thought of. So friendly, but still professional. I'm tired of solely banking online for everything and appreciate speaking to a human and not a voice prompt 800 # for some things. The staff cares about their account holders and it shows. Bank Local!
