As I’m inside with my twin babies, the banker who was helping me was very judgmental and nosy. She asked if I had help (with dad) and even to the extent of asking personal questions like where my babies sleep at night. I was a little surprised at how far she kept taking it. I didn’t even want to be there anymore because of how uncomfortable she made me feel.

- CRCrystal RadnitzerFeb 4, 20181.0I took out a Home Equity line of credit 3 years ago, and at some point they charged a fee and put it under the same account number but with a different Note number. I always pay my loan payment on time, but invariably they credit the payment to the wrong Note number and send me late notices and try to charge me a late fee. I have never had such consistently poor service from any financial institution! The people are very nice, but their system is inadequate making the whole place seem incompetent.
