- JBJaliyah Bankhead4 days ago1.0I had to come inside for a service that was no longer provided through the drive thru. As I’m inside with my twin babies, the banker who was helping me was very judgmental and nosy. She asked if I had help (with dad) and even to the extent of asking personal questions like where my babies sleep at night. I was a little surprised at how far she kept taking it. I didn’t even want to be there anymore because of how uncomfortable she made me feel.

She is snobby and rude and then refuses to follow the banks own policies on check cashing. she cost her own bank a fee collection of $40.00 to cash a simple person to person check. I was also going to look at starting an account there but no way will I ever do business with this bank in any way after the treatment I received today!!! If there was a way to give a negative star review I would do so. Do Not Ever Bank Here!!!!

I called customer service & even they’re not on the same page. One person gave me one reason, one person said “they don’t do that” but I couldn’t go to a atm or anything. Just ended up having my account closed a few months ago. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this bank, especially if you have bills coming up & they can just mess with your account like that.
