- TTTaylor TomczakMay 29, 20251.0I’ve been with consumers credit union for 2 years and this has been a headache from the start. Nothing like being charged 5 payments of $528 back to back in one week. Then returning the payments sporadically(all) then telling me they kept one for March so I wasn’t behind to only find out may 29th that my loan is in collections. No voicemails, letters in the mail, nor emails. I will NEVER recommend this company. This has been the worst experience. People from call center telling me they have it covered ok their ends to find out they screwed me yet again. Try numark credit union. Told them about my experience and they even lowed my auto payment by $70 a month with a better interest rate. 10/10.
