While they may not always be the fastest to respond, they’ve consistently proven to be an honest and trustworthy institution—and that matters most to me.

The Carol Stream location has signs all over stating it is under construction and drive through is closed , so I decided to just go inside. Inside also looks to be under construction. When I entered the building, I did not see any employees available, I waited a bit and still nothing - I finally see a gentleman come out of a side office and I ask him where I am supposed to pay my auto loan payment, before I could even hear him answer another employee named Sabrina comes STORMING out out of her closed office while dealing with her own customer (very aggressively) and starts shouting at me that I need to wait and there was someone before me first and asking me if I “even have an account” with them. I had absolutely no problem waiting- I just wanted to know where to stand to pay my bill as everything was under construction. After I told her that I do have an account she goes back into her office while rolling her eyes! Another employee, Omar, ends up helping and was super nice, he asked if I needed change and I told him yes, $50. Well, Sabrina comes out with my receipt with no change and gives me and (mostly) her own coworker attitude because “no one told her” I wanted $50 back. She must have been having a bad day ( and trust me, we’ve all been there) but to treat your OWN co worker with disrespect in front of customers , that is just unprofessional and embarrassing. :/ do better! But thank you to Omar for being very professional and respectful the whole time! I appreciate it.
