  I love Wintrust and what they offer as a bank. In terms of how the staff is, they have been friendly and have helped with basic transactions at this location. If you ever have to update your last name due to marriage, go to any other branch, but here. Coming to this branch has cost me time and energy having to call customer service and the original branch where I opened my account because they didn’t know how to process the request with my documentation correctly. I’ve had to go in this branch and another one to fix the issue about 5 times to attempt to print out my cards with my new name, but it was not still not reflecting. Customer service sent me about 6 cards with my maiden name, and the issue was not resolved until today, about 5 months later after I spoke with the branch manager where I opened the account. Customer service for Wintrust is also not helpful in solving issues because I should not have had to make 10-12 calls about this issue. Save yourself the hassle as this branch doesn’t seem like they know how to handle certain requests. If the issue isn’t resolved, Wintrust will not be where I bank anymore unfortunately thanks to this terrible and frustrating experience.

  Make you wait for 25 minutes, to open. CD after waiting they tell you it’s lunch time to come back or wait another 30 minutes 😡

  They had the best managers and staff two months ago and the new staff and the general manager manager very unprofessional unexperienced I guess that’s why all the other staff member they quit and they left the bank
