  Very poor experience here. Waited for quite some time to speak with someone about getting a cashiers check only for them to tell me they couldn’t help me and to wait to talk with someone else. Then as I was waiting with the new person for my check to print for an extended period of time, I overheard two workers talking and I find out that my check for quite a bit of money was given to someone else and they walked out with it along with their papers coming off of the same printer. Luckily they were able to catch the man before he drove off with my check… Never coming back to this bank

  After opening an account I visited the bank only once, and it was a somewhat strange experience. (1) It was during regular working hours, but I could not open the door to enter. Someone had to open it from inside. No explanation given. (2) I wanted to deposit a check using the ATM in the lobby. The pen in the lobby was unusable. The ATM did not let me to insert the check. A clerk told me "this happens" and "go see a teller". (3) Except there were no teller. After I complained, the clerk went to look for a teller and finally found her. (4) The teller took my check and disappeared for several minutes. Obviously there was no computer terminal at the teller window.

  The bankers here are always helpful, efficient and always smiling . They ask how you’re doing and do such an incredible job! I’ve always had a great experience at this location. Today my banker was Josh, thanks Josh.

  Normally I wouldn’t go out of my way to leave a review (let alone a negative review) on a bank, but I have had the worst experiences here. The staff is rude, dismissive and unhelpful. No matter how small a task/request may be, they act as though you you are being unreasonable and disruptive to their day. When it comes to their tech systems, it’s like stepping 15 years into the past, their processes are so outdated. Every time I go in there I call ahead to confirm any information I need to bring with me and if they will be able to perform certain tasks, and every single time, they give me the wrong information. Save your time and open an account at literally any other bank ever.
