- SWstephen walskiDec 4, 20251.0I have zero issues with the employees they are all great. Citibank is horrible I switched in August and I'm switching elsewhere after the new year. It takes forever for them to clear a payroll check that don't post your direct deposits 12hrs after its accepted. The notification alerts come days after you deposited,spent or withdrew. They also return all transactions even when you've had a deposit pending for 3 days.

They opened our account only to abruptly close it two weeks after going back and forth on documents they claim they needed which we provided; only for the branch manager (Teresa) to ask for more and more when they should have taken care of everything from the first day we opened the account. We have opened accounts In other Citibanks and have never received such rude and unprofessional service like we did at this location. They closed our account and I still haven’t received the money we deposited to the account. Please save yourself some time and open ANYWHERE but this branch. Poor customer service, extremely rude, and the opposite of helpful.
