- JPJennifer ParkJul 7, 20251.0No matter what day or time I am there, I always end up having to wait close to 45 minutes in order get any services — usually there is only ONE teller trying to handle everybody. There are several cubicals with nobody sitting there, four teller seats but (as I said), only ONE is occupied. I try to keep my visit here to a minimal, but to be honest, I’m at a point where I want to take my business elsewhere. This is coming from someone who’s had an account with CITI since 2003.

I was to an other location in Downers Grove and in 15 they send the money. You LINELE ZALLONE need to go to Downers Grove location to take classes how to do you job.
