- TGTatiana GuzmanDec 4, 20255.0Senior Universal Banker Chantel Rodriguez was great at listening and helping to dispute multiple transactions from a house cleaning company that kept charging the account after only 1 time of having them come clean our house. Chantel made sure to get every date and transaction from them recovered by their investigation dispute team. She was also very friendly and offered us water or coffee and made sure to cancel the debit card and gave us a new one.
