I had sought help from 2 other old second banks and they could not help me. The gentleman at Joliet (Mike Dresden) was rude, impatient and obnoxious. I tried the bank at Romeoville and was not successful. When I entered the bank at Bolingbrook (1107 W. Weber) they welcomed me as if I were an old friend. It was like walking out of the cold into a fuzzy warm blanket. Then Kate introduced me to Barb Witzke, senior universal banker. Her excellence is unmatched. She worked hard to insure I got what I needed and that it was a legitimate entity receiving the wire that I needed to send. She was thorough, efficient, and fully focused on the task. Thank you so very much for the services provided by Barb and Kate. They deserve ten stars or more.
