    If you want customer service don't come to the bank like this they will absolutely ignore you look at you like you're stupid question everything that you say to them and tell you that you're wrong I'm trying to inform them that the map listing is incorrect and that I'm a wintrust member and when I'm searching for a bank I am looking for wintrust the lady kept telling me I'm wrong and then says see it says it here and then pull back the statement and days of well that's through Microsoft so left me check the other and then the attitude and the silent judgement was deafening. Work on your communication skills

    This bank is easy to get to from any direction. Once there, I was greeted immediately. In particular, Ms. Maria, Ms Emily, and Ms Diana were extra helpful and their level of service is beyond compare. Give them an opportunity to earn your business. I believe you'll be impressed as I was.

    Hi we was working with Monica Gormez we have a CD and it Matured and she called us to remind us so we could come in or she could just switch it over but we came in and she worked with us so we could renew it nice lady we really appreciate her for the reminder we worked with her last year so thanks for ur heads up AC & Elaine Mitchell
