- MKMichael Kratowicz5 days ago1.0Blue island branch is the worst. Service is a complete zero. Employees ,not all but most of the new people there are often rude. What is with the blue island branches policy of requiring id to deposit money. First Midwest i must say was far nicer in general to their customers which at this rate i will not be for much longer. I'm sure chase would love to have my business and personal accounts

The problem is is super hyper. My teller Keyata and Ruth send out dog bones for him. I've never seen that done before. It was just the sweetest gesture. They deserve recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you ladies for making me and my dog happy today
