We were given incorrect information by an employee, multiple times in writing, and that information ended up costing us so much in the end. The bank will not do anything to resolve the issue (and we aren't asking for much of anything)! I have reported it to the BBB and will have to seek legal help if I want them to be held accountable. This was all for something that could have been so easily handled if they had any concern for the customers in their communities. Do NOT do business with this bank unless you want it to be your word against theirs (and they will win unless you hire an attorney). They don't even understand their own contracts so do NOT trust them with your hard-earned money!

Now they’re telling me that I owe money not my ratings went downWith my credit score. I will never go to the bank ever again!
