He helped my family clearly understand our financial situation and worked with us to develop a plan for achieving our goals. Jacob and his assistant, Annette, were attentive, professional, and maintained consistent communication throughout the process. I have complete confidence and faith in their services. I also recommended Jacob to my in-laws, and they have truly enjoyed working with him as well, finding him to be knowledgeable, accommodating, and easy to work with. I give Jacob Kummer my highest recommendation.

That being said his financial advice typically amounted to "give me as much money as you possibly can" without ever really helping us set clear goals. During the little less than a decade I had my money here it performed worse than it would have in a market wide ETF. This combined with Edward Jones higher than typical fee structure is why I ended up moving my money elsewhere.
