- EREmily ReinersJun 7, 20221.0should be no stars. everyone who works at ANY location is entitled and acts just that way. i had an old money order i didn’t need anymore, just money collecting dust. i go to cash it at my bank with the account i’ve has since i was 15 years old, and i flat out get told no for some bogus reason. unfortunately it was the manager who said that, so no wonder this new location is in shambles. i’ll be changing my direct deposit’s to my new bank and will never come here again. every location in Pontiac, IL is the same exact way. just take all your money elsewhere.
