- KCKenya CampbellOct 22, 20251.0just now New This is the worst Bank ever I put a check in this Bank on October 1 2025 and the check is still not available (cashier check from another bank) (Chase) for me to get my funds. This is ridiculous. I spoke with Mark yesterday and he said my fund’s were going to be available on October 22 / 2025 $0.00 .(I also called customer service the Number that’s on the back of the City Bank card )and they also lied and said that my money was going to be available on October 22, 2025. There’s no money in my account. This is devastating. And the reason why I say that it is devastating because I have five kids that I have to feed and pay my 3water bill my light bill my gas bill (I have a house)and I don’t have any extra help . This was the first location that I deposited to check in on October 1, 2025 ( I have traveled to several different City banks with this check to see who were cashing, but they have the original check at this location. This is so ridiculous that I’m going through this.
