I made an appointment to see her about my account because I hadn't made transactions in 6 months and recieved a dormant notice. She was so rude and demeaning, with a snarky tone.

They still ask for ID but they greet you by name before doing so. They are always willing to serve you and even go above and beyond to satisfy what you need. Well-insured I also feel they are a safe place for my money. I highly recommend getting away from the big who-are-you banks and trying a local like this one..
