- MZMelissa ZapataDec 23, 20241.0I go to this bank because it’s on my way home from work but they seriously are the slowest one I’ve been too. People working the drive thru have no sense of urgency. You can be sitting at the window for 3-5 minutes before you even get acknowledged.
- STSamantha TJun 28, 20221.0My son is special needs and I needed paperwork noterized. Anayeli jumped up and offered to help me. Then she proceeded to give me an attitude and asked me where she is supposed to sign. Then told me the paperwork was wrong. She put white out on my paperwork. Then realized she messed up all while continuing to blame me for her not knowing how to do her job! Then she commented that it's not her fault that my kid is special needs! She's the most disgusting person ever! Turns out she's management! She should not be working with the public. To top it off this bank is behind the times and doesn't offer Real Time Payments and now they're going to start charging customers a monthly fee if they don't have a minimum $500 balance all while gas prices are skyrocketing and everything is going up! The greed and war on the poor and middle class is real! This bank needs all new management! Edit: instead of firing her they MADE me close my accounts that I had for about 15 years with no problems! Definitely not helpful or caring!
