I requested an appointment online and included some information on what I wanted. Saturday morning I met with Nicole Covic, who was already prepared with what I needed and couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Then, before I left, she looked at 2 of my accounts and mentioned changes that would increase the interest I earned. Of course I agreed to the changes, which again, Nicole handled quickly and effectively. This is a wonderful bank to do business with.
