On the 9th I had to request a new card due to fraudulent charges and was told a new card will arrive in 3 to 5 business days. I call the following week since the card did not arrive and ask if they can overnight, but was told it would be a charge. After waiting another week, I transferred accounts to a new bank entirely. My card just arrived today...and I noticed it was not mailed until the 15th!!! That's 6 days later than my initial request! Worst customer service ever!!
